The Mrs & I haven't been to this place in quite awhile. I'm somewhat sorry we waited so long to return. We really like the fire grilled chicken & I feel many underestimate just how great it is. As we walked up to the counter we had already decided on our meals. The three piece meal with salads for each of us. I also asked for their Mac & cheese, while the Mrs had the pinto beans to round out her meal. Giselle was at the counter & was very friendly & a great example of how an employee should assist a customer. She helped me by carrying our meal trays to the table. Kudos to her! Just great customer service. Our meals were hot, delicious & fresh. The eating area was clean & neat. All in all, we truly enjoyed our meal & won't wait so long to return.
This El Pollo Loco in Henderson NV on West Stephanie. Jose the store Manager? was super friendly and helpful. There were three of us and the total was so inexpensive as compared to food in the casinos on the strip. This store is nice and clean and very well staffed. Ask Jose for coupons before you order!! Lol Okay, yes, El Pollo Loco is considered fast food, but this is way more healthy and delicious. We will definitely come back to this store when we are back in the area.
